Vivian Elaine Smith Bell, 73, a native of Bellville and a resident of Bay Minette, died Monday, March 21, 2011 at Thomas Hospital.
She was a retired kindergarten teacher at First Baptist Church in Bay Minette.
Survivors include her husband Lavon Bell of Bay Minette; two children, Terri Bell (Philip) Price of Hurley, Miss., and Gregory Lavon (Shelia Elliott) Bell of Bay Minette; sister, Elizabeth Smith (Billy) McDill of Bay Minette; and four grandchildren, Christian Gregory Bell, Abbey Price, Jared Price and Charlee Price.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 22 from the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Drs. Henry Cox and Philip Price officiating. Burial followed at Bay Minette Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ronnie McDill, Keith McDill, Larry Rountree, Gary Rountree, Bobby Powell and Tony Banning.
