Virginia Marshall “Ikey” Dawson, 92, a native and lifelong resident of Loxley, passed away Friday, Aug. 9, 2013.
Mrs. Dawson was a postal clerk at the Loxley and Bay Minette post offices.
She was a lifelong member of Loxley First Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Notoma “Toni” Dawson; two sons, Glenn (Catherine) Dawson and Allen (Margaret) Dawson, all of Loxley; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2013, at 2 p.m., from Loxley First Baptist Church, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Loxley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greenwood Cemetery Fund, c/o Nadine Lovell, 14750 County Road 66, Loxley, AL 36551.
