FOLEY — Downtown Foley was transformed into a ghost town Thursday evening. Not in the traditional sense, of course. Instead of lonely streets and tumbleweeds, Laurel Avenue and the surrounding area were packed with revelers of all ages enjoying the Uptown Foley Halloween Party. The event included carnival games, trick or treating and a costume contest, with winners selected from several age categories.
