Two new fast food spots are coming to the Fairhope area in the near future.

On Monday, Jan. 12, Fairhope City Council approved plans for two new fast food places that will be located along State Highway 181: a new Wendy’s, which will be located near the Rockwell Place apartment complex, and a new Culvers, which will be located in the Planters Pointe shopping center on the corner of State Highways 181 and 104.

“Thank you to the Fairhope City Council and Fairhope City staff for approving our restaurant,” Matt Koon, general manager for Culvers, said on social media. “We're excited to bring Culver's to the Eastern Shore!”
