Thompson Engineering opened a branch office in Spanish Fort, expanding its footprint to cater to the burgeoning demand for engineering services in Baldwin County.
According to a news release, the staff stationed at this new office will provide a comprehensive suite of services including engineering, surveying and ground penetrating radar (GPR) services.
"Baldwin County is growing rapidly and many of the businesses coming to this area of the state are looking for engineering-related services to help them launch as quickly as possible," said Kendall Kilpatrick, Thompson Engineering CEO, in the release. "That's why we're positioning surveying, GPR and drone technology in Spanish Fort. These field services create the foundation for a successful investment."
The Spanish Fort office marks Thompson Engineering's third establishment in Baldwin County within a span of three years. Preceding this, Thompson Engineering launched offices in Daphne in 2022 and Orange Beach in 2021. With its headquarters situated in Mobile, Thompson Engineering also operates branch offices in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.
