Jerry Lynn Thomas, 49, a native of Montgomery, and a resident of Orange Beach, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, after a brief illness.
He was the beloved son of Kenneth and Tonee Thomas of Gulf Shores.
He was a quiet man and a loving son and grandfather who was respected by his friends and co-workers.
He was preceded in death by his wife Julie, brother Dennis and twin brother, Jeff.
Survivors include daughter, Amber Thomas (Duaine Williamson); son, Tyler Thomas; granddaughters, Ashlynn and Raylee; brothers, David (Jeanette) Thomas and Doug Thomas; niece, Suzanne Thomas of Houston; uncle, Tom Cook of Spanish Fort; and several cousins.
Visitation begins at 1 p.m. with funeral services at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, with the Rev. Jody Kranz and the Rev. Neil McDavid officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Rest Memorial Park, Foley.
