Jeffrey Paul Thomas, 49, a native of Montgomery and a resident of Orange Beach, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009 after a lengthy illness.
He was a fun loving person with a quick wit who made friends easily and loved all members of his family.
He was preceded in death by a brother Dennis Thomas and sister-in-law Julie Thomas.
Survivors include his parents, Kenneth and Tonee Thomas of Gulf Shores; three brothers David (Jeanette) Thomas, Doug Thomas, and twin Jerry Thomas; two nieces, Amber Thomas and Suzanne Thomas; nephew, Tyler Thomas; two grand nieces, Ashlynn and Raylee; uncle, Tom Cook; several cousins and a long time close friend, Jane Latham.
Visitation begins at 1 p.m. with funeral services at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley with the Rev. Jody Kranz and the Rev. Neil McDavid officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Rest Memorial Cemetery in Foley.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Gulf Shores United Methodist Church at P. O. Box 374, Gulf Shores, AL 36547.
