South Baldwin Community Theatre in Gulf Shores will be opening their 2007-08 season with an all-time favorite musical, “Annie.”

Auditions will take place July 23 and 24 at 6:30 p.m. at the theater.

Children and adults are needed for all parts. Please be prepared to sing and talk during auditions (for children trying out for the orphans, reading ability preferable but not required).

Orphans will be singing, dancing and talking in the play. Adults will be singing, talking and will have some choreographed movement.

“Annie” is a musical based upon the popular Harold Gray comic strip, “Little Orphan Annie.”

The theater is located at 2022 W. Second Street in Gulf Shores, across from the Erie Meyer Civic Center.
