Gynett S. Stringer, 61, a resident of Spanish Fort, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008.
She retired from AT&T after 35 years of service.
She was preceded in death by a son, Todd Eugene Stringer, a brother, Kyle Stricklin, and her father, Newton H. Stricklin.
Survivors include two daughters, Felicia Ballard of Cookeville, Tenn., and Kristie Leigh Stringer of Spanish Fort; her mother, Martha L. Stricklin; two sisters, Bobbie Luker and Judy Croker, both of Mobile; and one granddaughter, Mackenzie Lynn Ballard of Cookeville, Tenn.
Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. with funeral services at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne.
Interment will be held at 1:15 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 5 at Bullock Community Cemetery, Brantley.
