GULF SHORES, Ala. — Kaiser Realty is proud to announce that Gayle Staimpel, of the Accounting Department, has been named the “Employee of the Month” for September.

Always ready to lend a helping hand to co-workers, Staimpel delivers exceptional service to both her fellow employees and to Kaiser Realty’s owners and guests.

Originally from Gulf Breeze, Fla., Staimpel joined the Kaiser Realty team in July of 1997 as a part of the reservations department. Moving into the accounting department, and her current role, in 2001, Staimpel is a great asset to Kaiser Realty’s team, excelling in every task that she takes on.

“I was very pleased to say the least,” Staimpel said of being named the Employee of the Month. “I was happy to hear that someone has noticed that I always strive to do my best and try and make someone’s day. It is nice when your co-workers recognize that.”

Kaiser Realty employees nominate their peers each month for this award which is presented to the team member who provided superior service to the company’s guests and property owners during the month.
