Spicie Richardson, 94, of Foley, Alabama, died early Sun. morning, Jun. 15, 2025. She was a native of Lexington Kentucky but moved to the sunny south some forty-eight years ago. The wife of Nelson C. Richardson and loving mother of four children. The couple were faithful members of New Life in Christ Church in Foley.
Spicie is survived by her daughter Mildred and son James, daughter-in-law Anna, and son-in-law Joseph. She had five grandchildren; Jay, Joey, John, Kimberly, and Cala; and ten great-grandchildren; Thomas, Briley, Brayln, Elijah, John, Michael, Dakota, Aiden, Sean, and Addy.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one daughter, Nina and a son William and one grandson Joey.
Spicie is resting at Pine Rest Cemetery in Foley. Precious memories, oh how they linger.
