Mobile Municipal-National edged out Spanish Fort 11-10 Sunday afternoon at Loxely Municipal Park.
The coach pitch teams were hoping to advance in the district playoffs on Saturday night, but the game was postponed due to lightning.
Spanish Fort scored one run in the second inning and four in the third to take a 5-0 lead.
Team National got on the board in the bottom of the third, mounting a six run attack that put them in the lead 6-5.
After Spanish Fort tied the game in the top of the fourth, Team National's Carlton Martial drove in Caleb Roberson to give Mobile a 7-6 lead.
Spanish Fort then answered with two runs of their own produced on a triple by Garland Horsset.
Spanish Fort added to their lead in the sixth inning with RBI's by Mathew Lipham.
Team National then scored the four runs necessary to win the game in the bottom of the sixth inning. Dayton Givens and Trent Duert both had RBI's singles which cleared the way for Martial to deliver the game winning hit.
Martial contributed three hits and three RBI's. Duert added three RBI's.
Spanish Fort Wyatt Wilkenson went three-for-three and Horsset had three hits and four RBI's.
