FOLEY, Ala. A benefit to provide medical expenses for Betty Jean and Howard Ewing will be held this weekend.

The event is set for noon-6 p.m. Oct. 12 at American Legion, located on Alabama Highway 59 in Foley. It will include entertainment and karaoke provided by Jerry Byrd until 4 p.m., raffles and a bake sale. In addition, dinner plates consisting of spaghetti, green salad, garlic bread and dessert will be available for $5 each.
