Dayanna Arisbet Pachece Rodriguez was born at 12:13 p.m. Wednesday by cesarean.
At nine pounds, eight ounces and 21 inches long, Pachece is the daughter of Albaro Pachece and Ivonne Rodriguez of Foley.
