Cody Joseph Snyder, 18, of Foley, died Sunday, June 13, 2010 from Cystic Fibrosis.
He was a graduate of Foley High School Class of 2010, and planned to attend USA Engineering School. He loved spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Barbara J. Vance and Robert W. Snyder; great-grandparents, Margarete and Paul Vance, Caroline and Earl Armagost, Donald and Margaret Carty, Robert and Alice Snyder.
Survivors include his mother, Michele Snyder of Foley; his father and step-mom, Gary E. and Wanda Snyder of Foley; two brothers, Gary M. (Stephanie) Snyder and Joshua M. Snyder of Foley; grandparents, Lennie Armagost of Byrnedale, Pa., Carl E. Vance of Bradford, Pa., Jack and Barbara Shine of Bradford, Pa.; aunts, uncles, one nephew, other relatives and friends; and his beloved Moxie.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 16 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 17 at Vernant Park Baptist Church, Magnolia Springs. Interment will follow at Vernant Park Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
