Jeanmarie Smith, 73, a native of Powellton, W.Va., and a resident of Foley, died Thursday, July 19, 2007 at her residence.
She was a U.S. Navy veteran.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Duke V. Bingham Sr. and Daisy Owens Bingham.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald C. Smith; two children, Pamela D. Fitzsimons of Gulf Shores and Theodore K. Whitaker of Stafford, Va.; two sisters, Patricia A. Hawthorne of Adelanto, Calif., and Cheryl D. Bingham of Lexington, N.C.; five brothers, Garner A. Bingham of Cullman, William R. Bingham of Riverside, Calif., Daniel Lee Bingham of Anaheim, Calif., Duke V. Bingham of Bessemer and John L. Bingham of Foley; five grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 3 at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley. Interment will follow at Pine Rest Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Asera Care Hospice, 1113A N. McKenzie St., Foley, AL 36535.
