Carrie Belle Smith, Smith, 85, a native and resident of the Dyas community of Bay Minette, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2007 at Atmore Nursing Home in Atmore.
She was a retired seamstress with Vanity Fair Mills in Atmore.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Ronald Smith and Gary Smith and her husband, Clinton Smith.
Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn (Robert) Mays of Leavenworth, Ind., and Barbara Smith of Bay Minette; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four brothers, Marvin Smith of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Douglas Smith and Ray Pearson, both of Atmore and Roy Pearson of Marlow; and sister, Susie Ganey of Loxley.
Graveside services and burial were held Wednesday, Sept. 19 at White Cemetery in Dyas.
Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
