"font-family:">Simon Curtis Hadley, 74, a native and resident of Bay Minette died Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center.
"font-family:">He was a pipefitter and welder for Union Local No. 52 in Montgomery. He was also a self-employed photographer. He served in the U.S. Army.
"font-family:">He is survived by his wife, Flora Lee (Brooks) Hadley of Bay Minette; one son, Jason A. (Valerie) Hadley of Bay Minette; five daughters, Debra Hadley of Bay Minette, Donna (Shane) Wooten of Alabama, Cyndi Hadley of Bay Minette, Becky (Randy) Thompson and Christy Eggert (Thomas) Packer of Bay Minette; one sister, Barbara Nell Lindsey of Bay Minette; 12 grandchildren, Brandi Vinson, Amanda Vinson, Sean Eggert, Kyle Thompson, Jordan Thompson, Sam Smith, Sienna Hadley, Tommy Packer, Nathan Vanderwerker, Holly Vanderwerker, Falon Hadley and Jade Hadley; five great-grandchildren, Kya Vinson, Raigen Chisholm, India Chisholm, Amara Chisholm and Adrianna Cody; and a number of nieces and nephews.
"font-family:">He was preceded in death by his parents, Sime and Cannie Hadley; and his brothers, Huston, Rodney and Donald Hadley.
"font-family:">The funeral will be held Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, at 2 p.m., at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home, with the Rev. Randy Steadman and the Rev. Frank Steadman officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.
