Silverhill to mark 41st annual Heritage Day Festival on April 25

Posted

A Baldwin County tradition will return this spring as the Town of Silverhill prepares to host the 41st annual Heritage Day Festival on Saturday, April 25.

The daylong celebration will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a parade stepping off at 10 a.m. Organizers say additional details will be released closer to the event, but longtime favorites are already confirmed, including arts and crafts vendors, food trucks, children’s activities and live music performances.

Rooted in history, the festival reflects the town’s heritage dating back to its incorporation in 1926. Each year, Heritage Day highlights Silverhill’s origins and community pride, often featuring historical elements such as guided history tour rides that offer a glimpse into the town’s past.

VENDOR APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN

Applications are now being accepted for arts and crafts vendors interested in participating in the 41st annual event. Those wishing to receive an application may email silverhillheritageday@gmail.com.

The festival draws visitors from across the region, offering local artisans and small businesses an opportunity to showcase handmade goods, unique artwork and specialty products in a family-friendly setting.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE

Presented by the Town of Silverhill, Heritage Day also offers sponsorship opportunities for businesses and individuals seeking to support the event and gain community visibility.

Gold sponsors at the $1,000 level will receive a premium logo placement on event banners, company name announcements throughout the festival, a featured story and post on social media and a prime booth near the main food area.

Silver sponsors contributing $500 will have their logo displayed on flyers, the website and event schedule, receive a shared sponsor shout-out on Facebook and a standard booth in the vendor area.

Bronze sponsors at $250 will have their name listed on the supporter banner and receive social media promotion.

Sponsorship proceeds support Silverhill Heritage Day, Silverhill Parks and the Silverhill Police Department.

For more information about vendor applications or sponsorship packages, contact Cindy Schulze at the Town of Silverhill at (251) 945-5198 or email silverhillheritageday@gmail.com.

The festival will take place in and around Silverhill Town Hall, located at 15965 Silverhill Ave.
