Daniel “Dan” Shiveley, 40, a native of Michigan and a resident of Gulf Shores, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009.
He worked at Doc’s Seafood Shack in Gulf Shores. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His hobbies include golfing and cooking for family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Melony A. Shiveley of Gulf Shores; parents, David and Arlene Shiveley of Michigan; two brothers, Patrick Shiveley of Daphne and Mark Shiveley of Indiana; two daughters, Kristina Shiveley of North Carolina and Amber Daugherty of Gulf Shores; two sons, Roscoe Daugherty and Seth Daughtery, both of Elberta; and one grandson, Austin Daugherty.
A memorial service and visitation was held Wednesday, Dec. 30 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley.
