Hubert Lamar Shipp, 73, a native of Castleberry and a resident of the Stix River Community died Saturday, July 7, 2007.
He was a truck driver for many years.
Survivors include a daughter, Tammy Sue Mothershed of Summerdale; son, Donnie Shipp of Magnolia Springs; sister, Virginia Norton or Robertsdale; and three brothers, Eddie Darby of Robertsdale, Donnie Darby of Joycetown, Ga., and Martin Darby of Florida.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, June 11 from the chapel of Mack Funeral Home.
The family requests memoriald donations be made to the American Cancer Society 19059 Greeno Road, Suite A Fairhope, AL 36552
Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
