ROBERTSDALE, Alabama -- The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office wrapped up a successful season with an end of summer cook-out on Saturday, Aug. 5 at Central Baldwin Middle School.

More than 450 campers attended four camps this summer, including with a pair of new camp locations, Magnolia School and Rockwell Ementary, pushing the total to over 3,000 campers over a nine-year period, said Cpl. Jeff Spaller, senior resource officer for the BCSO and the camp’s director.

Camps were also held at Fairhope Intermediate and Central Baldwin Middle. Next summer, the program will celebrate a decade of service to the community.
