Christina Marie Shaffer, 25, of Seminole, died Wednesday, May 23, 2007 in an automobile accident.
She resided in Seminole for the past three years. She leaves behind many loving family and friends who will deeply miss her presence, but she does and will continue to live on in their hearts and souls.
Her daughter, Moreta Faith Shaffer, suffered extensive injuries in the accident, but is progressing well. Your prayers have been appreciated and welcomed.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Sarah Shaffer, Francis A. Russell and Ruth M. Russell.
Survivors include daughter, Moreta Shaffer; longtime friend and fiance, Raymond Johnson; her father, Carl William Shaffer of Texas; her mother, Dianne Russell of Alabama; brother, Christopher T. Shaffer of Alabama; step-father, Robert D. Johnson of Alabama; step-brother, Cody R. Johnson of Alabama; grandfather, Jim Shaffer of Pennsylvania; great-grandmother, Lemma Pugh of Alabama; numerous uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces.
She also has loving friends and co-workers in Alabama and Texas and a special longtime and very best friend, Sandi Griffin with whom she grew up with, played with, laughed with and loved tremendously.
Funeral services and visitation were held Tuesday, May 29 at Jay Funeral Home. Burial followed at Johnson Cemetery.
