The Montgomery Multiplex will host the regional round next Wednesday-Friday before the Birmingham CrossPlex serves as the host of the state tournament that is scheduled for Oct. 31-Nov. 2.
Class 2A: Oct. 25, 26
J.U. Blacksher Bulldogs at Bayshore Christian Eagles
Bayshore Christian swept the Chickasaw Chieftains in the area finals (25-11, 25-6, 25-10) to earn the top seed for a second year in a row. The other first-round match at regionals features Pike Liberal Arts and Francis Marion.

Orange Beach used wins over Satsuma (3-0) and UMS-Wright (3-1) for its second consecutive area crown in as many seasons on the Class 4A stage. The Makos bounced back from a first-set loss in the finals to earn a victory with set scores of 18-25, 25-13, 26-24, 26-17.

Elberta Warriors at Rehobeth Rebels
After Gulf Shores swept B.C. Rain and Elberta swept Williamson in the first round of the area tournament, both Baldwin County teams locked in a trip to regionals. The Dolphins took the top seed with a sweep of the Warriors (25-9, 25-20, 25-16) in the championship round.
