Mona Padgitt Scott, a native of Hope, Ark., and a resident of Willow Springs, N.C. for the past five years, died on Sunday, May 3, 2008 at home.
Survivors include two daughters, Martha Gruber of Rochester, N.Y., and Betty Towle of Redlands, Calif.; two sons, William Scott Jr. and David Scott, both of Willow Springs, N.C.; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Interment will be at Memory Gardens of Fairhope. A celebration of life ceremony will be held July 18 at the graveside.
