Sally Kate Scott Erlandson, 82, a native of Brewton and a resident of Silverhill, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011 peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was a member of the Robertsdale Community of Christ Church and a former secretary for Robertsdale Elementary School.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Joseph H. Erlandson of Silverhill; son, Joel (Janice) Erlandson of Silverhill; daughter, Brenda (Cris) Daugherty of Spanish Fort; sister, Ida Wattigney of Monroe, La.; four brothers, Corbett Scott of Warren, Ohio, Jesse Scott and Donald Scott, both of Brewton, and Jimmy Scott of Slidell, La.; five grandchildren, Joseph Erlandson III, Caroline (Ryan) Johnson, Andrew Erlandson, Matthew (Megan) Daugherty and Scott Daugherty; and three great-grandchildren, Avrionna Erlandson, Lily Daugherty and Kate Daugherty.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 31 at Mack Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services and burial will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1 at Silverhill Cemetery with Elder Bill Booker and High Priest Justice Manning officiating.

The family requests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 9693, Mobile, AL 36691, or to the Robertsdale Community of Christ Church.
