DAPHNE, Ala.—The new Ruff Wilson Youth Organization Inc. announced that registration for the summer program at the youth center located at 1317 Johnson Road, Daphne, has begun.

The program—which kicked off June 1—will end July 31. The youth center will register children daily between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. for the summer program; final registration day is June 15.

For specific information pertaining to the program and cost of membership, contact Barbara Brown, executive director; or Linda Batie, assistant, at 621-7171. The center’s regular hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The new Ruff Wilson Youth Organization comprises local members with the majority from the surrounding community.

The executive committee includes Marie Safford, president; Thom Lott, vice president; Rebecca Helton, secretary; and Michael Lewis treasurer. The trustees are Ruth Bolton and Damon Wickware.
