Tammy Lanette Ruble, 38, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2009.
She was the Poster Child for the March of Dimes in Texas and Runner up for Miss Wheelchair Alabama. She lived a full life with a true servants heart.
She was a member of Homewood Church of Christ, Birmingham.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Melvin and Faye Douglas; grandfather, Garrett Ruble and cousins, Chris and Audrey Moffeit; and baby niece, McKenzie.
Survivors include her parents, Don W. and Lynda F. Ruble of Daphne; brother, Lance (Jenny) Roble of Daphne; niece, Carson Ruble of Daphne; grandmother, Millie Ruble of Bertram, Texas; three aunts and uncles, Judy Moffeit of Murchison, Texas, Ann and Charlie Sims of Ovieda, Fla.; Gary and Terry Douglas of Athens, Texas; and numerous cousins.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. with funeral services at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne. Interment will follow at Jubilee Memorial Gardens.
