Kenneth James “Kenny” Robinson, 50, a native of Deeson, Miss., and a resident of Loxley, died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2008.

He was a member of the Robertsdale First Assembly of God Church and was an avid NASCAR fan with Jimmy Johnson being his favorite driver.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Wilson.

Survivors include his wife, Paula A. Robinson of Loxley; daughter, Shannon Robinson of Robertsdale; two sons, Kenny J. (Kathy) Robinson II of Foley and David Robinson of Loxley; three step-children, Scott (Christy) Thomas and Joshua (Rachel) Thomas, all of Loxley and Dillon Pearson of Japan; father and step-mother, J.C. and Joyce Robinson of Loxley; two brothers, Steve (Deborah) Robinson and Dennis (Lisa) Robinson, all of Foley; half-sister, Judy Moody of Rabon; and four grandchildren, Kenneth, Kenadie, Kalie and Dominic.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 3 at the Robertsdale Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Michael Lynn officiating. Burial followed at Pine Rest Memorial Park in Foley.

The family requests memorial donations be made to the Robertsdale First Assembly of God”s Building Fund, P.O. Box 914, Robertsdale, AL 36567.

Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
