ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — Members of St. Patrick Girl Scout Troop 8260 in Robertsdale, spend one meeting a month at Baldwin County's Catholic Social Services helping prepare donated Barbies to be sold at the CSS Thrift Shop. Catholic Social Services dubbed the Girl Scout troop the “Barbie Rescue Squad.” The girl scouts clean and dress the Barbies, fix their hair and put them in bags. This is the third year the Girl Scout troop has rescued Barbies for the CSS Thrift Shop.
