ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — Youth from Robertsdale United Methodist Church attended summer camp during the week of July 4-9 at Blue Lake Methodist Assembly in Andalusia.

Campers who have completed grades three through five attended the Elementary Worship Arts Camp, while middle school and senior high campers attended the Senior High Worship Arts Camp. Both camps focus on helping campers explore their talents, as well as learning new ones.

Under the guidance of experienced instructors, classes in music, drama, painting, photography, and much more were offered. RUMC adult volunteers assisted with making the week long camp a success.

Volunteers (not pictured) are B.J. Newberry, handbell choir instructor; Matt McKinney, guitar instructor; Abigail McKinney, dance instructor; Barbara Campbell, counselor; and Nancy Cosby, counselor.

Campers also spent time in God’s great outdoors enjoying camping activities such as swimming, water slides and paddle boating. The week long camp ended with the annual talent show and a Saturday morning choral concert.
