ROBERTSDALE, Ala. — Alexis Booth, 17, daughter of Roger and Mary Booth of Robertsdale, is the proud recipient of her first gator tag this year.

She is looking forward to the gator hunt Aug. 12-15 and Aug. 19-22.

She is scouting in hopes of harvesting a gator that is greater than her daddy’s.

Pictured are Alexis and Roger Booth standing beside the gator he harvested and tagged on Aug. 19, 2007. Roger’s gator (known as Big Henry) weighed in at 448 pounds and was 12 foot, 5 1/2 inches long and is on full display at the Mom and Pop’s Restaurant in Silverhill.
