ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – The Robertsdale Lady Golden Bears swept Baldwin County 25-10, 25-15, 25-14 on Tuesday night.

Robertsdale was coming off a visit to Disney World, where the Bears went 4-2 in a tournament at ESPN's Wide World of Sports.

"I thought we played alright," RHS head coach Metta Roberts said. "It was not our most stellar performance, but I thought they played well considering we've been gone all week. After coming back and not practicing yesterday I thought they did well."

Ebony Mitchell had 12 digs and nine assists, Kayli Evans had 13 kills, Sheila Dailey had 10 kills, Kellen Shirley had 17 assists and Bailey Cincotta had 16 digs for the Lady Golden Bears.

"On my team there is never really anybody who stands out," Roberts said. "They are always pretty evenly matched, so I didn't think any one person stood out."

Robertsdale plays at Foley, while Baldwin County hosts Flomaton on Thursday.
