Robertsdale crowns Centennial Queens during ceremony

ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — The city of Robertsdale held a Centennial Pageant on Friday, June 18 at the PZK to kick off 100 years of the city.

The girls competed in interview and evening wear competitions. Mayor Charles Murphy presented each girl with Centennial coins.

Centennial Queen Virgina Bosek and HoneyBee Queens presented flowers and the queens were crowned by Murphy.

The following girls will represent Robertsdale for a 100-year reign: Adalyn Lyles, Addison Kucera, Emme Kate Lynn, London Lace Brill, Ella Brewton, Morgan Kroll, Matalyne Kroll, Kyla Carpenter and Holly Steelman.

“We are all pleased of how everything turned, and all the community support,” said Centennial Chair Stephanie Kroll.

The Centennial Queens will represent Robertsdale at its Centennial festivities, which will kick off with a special celebration on Sunday, July 4. Check out Robertsdale Centennial Celebration on Facebook for more Centennial celebrations.
