Santa rolled into Robertsdale on Saturday. The day's festivities began with a concert in Honeybee Park by the Robertsdale High School choral department. Following the concert, Robertsdale Mayor Charles Murphy presented a plaque of appreciation to choral director William Thomas, who is retiring at the end of this school year. The annual Robertsdale Christmas parade, including Santa and Mrs. Claus, rolled up Highway 59 to the park where local families had the opportunity to have their photos taken with Santa. The parade is sponsored each year by the Robertsdale Rotary Club.
