ORANGE BEACH, AL - People were out and about on Pleasure Island on Saturday as Tropical Storm Karen thankfully fizzled and languished off shore finally deteriorating into a tropical depression. Beaches in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores saw a steady stream of visitors and Alabama Point in Orange Beach was covered up with surfers.
