Richard Meldon Pruitt, 74, a resident of Fairhope, passed away Monday, Oct. 27, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Richard W. Pruitt; and two sisters.
Mr. Pruitt is survived by his wife of 16 years, Virginia “Ginny” Pruitt of Fairhope; children, JoAnn Sells of Robertsdale, Tommy Gray (Janice) of Satsuma, Wendi Corley (Brent) of Semmes and Rebekah Gill (Steve) of Mobile; six grandsons; five granddaughters; nieces; nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, 2014 at Family Ministries Center, 9955 County Road 34 in Fairhope.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Graveside services will be held Friday, Oct. 31, 2014, at 2:30 p.m., in the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort.
