Richard M. “Buddy” Turberville Sr., 76, a resident of Grand Junction, Tenn., passed away on Friday, Sept. 27, 2013.
Mr. Turberville was the owner of Buddy’s Truck and Auto Repair and Saraland RV.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Turberville.
He is survived by one daughter, Ellen Hobbs (Lee) of Grand Junction, Tenn.; three sons, Richard Turberville Jr. (Debra) of Mobile, Mark Turberville (Carmen) of Foley and Eric Turberville (Tammy) of San Destin, Fla.; one brother, Shorty Turberville (Sandra) of Spanish Fort; one sister, Omie Jane Boykin (Earl) of Rosinton; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, at noon, at Mack Funeral Home in Robertsdale, with Dr. Frank Kirsey officiating. Burial will be in Hinote Cemetery in the Styx River community.
A visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, from 10 a.m. until noon at Mack Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Andrew’s Church in Creola or to Gentiva Hospice.
