ROBERSTSDALE, Alabama — Varsity men’s soccer coach Wayne Miller and varsity women’s soccer coach Corey Stockman, staff and players hosted a free soccer camp for boys and girls July 12-15 on the practice field at RHS.
About 80 campers signed up for the four-day, but a lighter turnout was expected because of severe weather.
Campers ranging in age from 4-years-old to 12 and 13 year olds attended the camp.
Because of the new rule barring coaches from working with rising seventh and eighth graders, older campers were limited to participating in lightly supervised scrimmage drills with varsity players.
