Rex John Frech

Rex John Frech, 74, of Foley and formerly of Findlay, Ohio, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013 at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center in Foley.

Rex was born on Sept. 30, 1938 in Rawson, Ohio to the late John D. and N. Fae (McClish) Frech. He married Gail A. Bower on Nov. 27, 1991.

Rex was a graduate of Cory Rawson High School and a retired construction worker. He was a former member of Central Church of Christ in Findlay, and was currently a member of Faith Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church in Foley.

He is survived by his wife, Gail A. Bower of Foley; daughter Louise A. (Steve) Hall of Findlay, Ohio; stepson, Willisam B. (Linda) Winkelman of Findlay; step-granddaughter, Catherine (Daniel) Crist; brother, David M, Frech of Grand Junction, Colo; three sisters, Iris (Lasley) Wilkinson of McComb, Ohio, Patricia Fruchey of Rawson, Ohio and Sandra Sheerer of Findlay, Ohio.

Rex was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald L. Frech and Darrell L. Frech.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at 11 a.m., from Faith Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church, 18109 U.S. Hwy. 98 in Foley, with the Rev. J.B. Sims officiating.
