Orange Beach City Clerk Cathy Constanino retired recently after serving the city for 20 years. Before coming here she worked for the City of Jackson in Clarke County for 18 years giving her a total of 38 years of municipal government experience. A reception at the Orange Beach Adult Activity Center on Oct. 26 marked the occasion.
