Resmondo Boat Works, Perdido Beach AL - Custom Boat Building

Leon “Buddy” Resmondo, started Resmondo Boat Works Inc. on Palmetto Creek in Perdido Bay in 1956, with a small pole shed as "headquarters" and its base of operations. Today, the boat design and repair enterprise stands on the same spot on that creek with a huge, three-story-tall workshop and loading area on the water’s edge. Buddy has since retired but still crafts his wooden boats. Though the Boat works is still totally a family operation

Resmondo Boat Works continues on with boat builders Joey and Ronnie Resmondo, Buddy's sons, specializing In Fiberglass and Wooden Boat Repair, Painting and Engine Re-Power Services. Resmondo Boat Works can of course design and create your very own totally custom vessel.

Resmondo Boat Works is equipped with a Marine Railway and can handle most any size vessel.

The location is 8155 Escambia Avenue in Perdido Beach, Alabama.
