State Rep. Jennifer Fidler plans to meet with voters in early January as she prepares for the 2026 legislative session, announcing a trio of pre-session town halls across Baldwin County.
The events are open to the public, and residents of House District 94 are urged to take part.
Fidler said in a news release that the meetings are meant to give constituents a direct role in shaping her work in Montgomery.
"These town halls are an opportunity to hear from the community and share important details regarding budgets, upcoming legislation and the work ahead," she said in the release. "As we prepare for the upcoming legislative session, it's important to me that the voices of state district 94 are front and center. I look forward to meaningful conversations and thoughtful feedback."
The series opens Jan. 7 at Magnolia Springs Community Hall from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Two sessions follow Jan. 8 at the Fairhope Courthouse, 1100 Fairhope Avenue. The first runs from 9 to 10:30 a.m. The second, held upstairs with entry on the west side of the building, takes place from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
