Students in Merlyn Kittrell’s sixth grade class at Bay Minette Intermediate School participated in “Read the Most from Coast to Coast” on the anniversary of Dr. Seuss’ Birthday, March 2. Bay Minette mayor, Jamie Tillery, read, Oh the Places You Will Go by Dr. Seuss. Students all across the United States took Accelerated Reader quizzes on the books they read in an effort to break last year’s record.
