Raymond C. Reiker PhD., 77, of Daphne, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 15, 2014.
He was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, Southeast Missouri University and Xavier University.
He is survived by three daughters, Tina, Tami and Rhae; four grandchildren; two sisters, Linda and Sharon; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Hermina Reiker; and three siblings, Jan Pettigrew, Bob Reiker and Ken Reiker.
Ray traveled internationally with his agribusiness. He enjoyed life, living it to the fullest and making friendships wherever he traveled.
Ray was an active member of the Daphne community and at Christ the King Catholic Church.
A celebration of his life will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church in Daphne on Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., with a luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Smile Train, which treats children around the world with cleft pallet disorders (www.smiletrain.org), or the charity of your choice.
