Baldwin County food lovers will soon have the chance to enjoy a farm-fresh feast for a cause as Prodisee Pantry's Farm to Table event returns on Saturday, April 12.
The outdoor dining experience, set on the scenic pastures of Lazy Daisy Farm in Stapleton, will feature a locally sourced, multi-course menu paired with fine wines.
The annual event, which was voted Best Charity Event in Gulf Coast Media's Best of Baldwin, raises funds to help combat food insecurity in Baldwin County. Prodisee Pantry distributed 180 tons of fresh, locally grown produce to families in need in 2024 alone.
Guests will savor dishes prepared by Executive Chef Matt Palmara, Chef Ed Douglas and students from Coastal Alabama Community College's Culinary Arts Program. Each course will highlight seasonal ingredients from area farms and will be expertly paired with wines.
The evening runs from 4:30-8 p.m. and is exclusively for guests 21 and older. Tickets are $125 per person, and only a limited number remain. The farm's address will be provided upon ticket purchase.
