Clara Dostalek Prochazka, 84, a native of Silverhill and resident of Foley died Friday April 13, 2007 at a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank D. Prochazka and her grandchildren , Joseph Hutson and Erika Kichler.
Survivors include a daughter, Georgi (Emmitt) Grant of Foley; three sons Frank (Mae) Prochazka of Goshen, Louis (Koma) Prochazka and James (Stacey) Prochazka both of Foley; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and special caregiver Allyn Mitchell.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 16 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, from the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Silverhill Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Foley.
