Robert Wayne Powell, 66, a native of Pensacola, Fla., former resident of Pascagoula, Miss., and a resident of Foley, died Monday, Sept. 14, 2009.
He worked in the ship building business and was a retired employee of Ingall’s Shipyard in Pascagoula.
Survivors include a son, Sean Powell of Pride, Ky.,; daughter, Tonya Brown of Henderson, Ky.; and four grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21 in Spruell Cemetery, in Cantonment, Fla.
Arrangements are by Hughes Cremation & Funeral Service, Daphne.
