Phyllis Cleo Snow, 86, of Foley passed away on Sept. 14, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion D. Snow.
She is survived by two daughters, Marsha McCoy-Snow of St. Francis, Kansas and Teresa M. Collings of Foley; one son, Mark D Snow of Overland Park, Kansas; three sisters, Velma Stewart of Green River, Wyo., Joan Trader of Liberty, Mo. and Karen Garnier of Bates City, Mo.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
