ORANGE BEACH, Ala. – Voyagers Restaurant and Cain Vineyard & Winery are coming together Aug. 3 at Perdido Beach Resort to give guests a one-on-one culinary and wine pairing experience.
Voyagers Executive Chef John Hamme will prepare five courses that will include Gulf seafood, locally-grown produce and the finest aged beef in the world, Kobe.
Cain Vineyard & Winery will supply the wine pairings for each of the five courses.
This is a rare invitation from Cain Vineyard & Winery’s winemaker Chris Howell, who will be traveling from Saint Helena, Calif. for the event.
“Cain has a special relationship with Perdido Beach Resort, so there is no better way to explore our work or experience the magic of food and wine pairing than this dinner,” Howell says. “We’re excited to work with Chef John Hamme and his team and thrilled to share this experience with our guests.”
Everyone is welcome, from the novice to the wine enthusiast and industry professionals.
